<p>I. ASSESSING YOUR CAREER TRACK DURING UNCERTAIN TIMES</p>
<p>This four-part series will provide attendees an opportunity to look deeply into their career, take advantage of this work-from-home period, and ensure that their future positions remain fulfilling. If you miss session I, you are still welcome to attend sessions II, III, and/or IV. We have received extensive positive feedback for this series, particularly from session I. One attendee recently noted , that the information had a "profound impact on where (she) wants to take her career."</p>

<p>Please join us as three members of the campus community share their experiences on career exploration, uncertainties, and paths. These three employees will provide their stories of career change and challenge. As we all work from home and face challenging times, this is an ideal opportunity to reflect on our careers and think about our futures. The discussion promises to be enlightening and enjoyable.</p>

<p>D. CAREER CONSULTATION</p>
<p>This 30-minute session will include a private review of the career self-assessment and guidance for a plan to move forward in one's career.</p>

<p>II. FINANCIAL FIRESIDE ZOOM CHATS</p>
<p>These informative presentations will review current market conditions and provide historical perspectives for this challenging economic period. The program is presented by financial educator from VOYA, Gary Witten, and the sessions are designed for all employees from those just starting their careers to those preparing for retirement. Each workshop will cover different areas, but employees are welcome to ask any questions related to the SUNY financial benefits and their own interests.</p>

<p>As employees of SUNY, we are entitled to a number of excellent financial opportunities. Join us as Gary reviews the website and provides insights into the various offers.</p>

<p>B. LEGACY PLANNING</p>
<p>Attend this Zoom workshop and you will learn what happens when a legacy isn't planned and how legacy planning can be a meaningful and even fun, process! You will also learn how to plan for sudden incapacity, the importance of expressing your wishes, conveying your values and how to successfully transfer your tangible and intangible wealth. Join us to start the six-step process on leaving your mark on the next generation.</p>

<p>C. RETURN ON LIFE</p>
<p>During this Zoom seminar, Gary will introduce the VOYA return in life meter, which explores aspects of life that provide each of us happiness and fulfillment. This session focuses more on aspects of life and retirement that are non-financial in nature. The program is for all ages and stages of careers.</p>

<p>III. EFFECTIVE ZOOM MEETING FACILITATION</p>
<p>Each employee has transitioned to working from home and the ubiquitous Zoom meetings. While the technology makes virtual meetings possible, the mode of communication can also prolong meetings and increase disengagement. Julianna Frisch will co-host this session and provide insights and tactics on how to make Zoom meetings more efficient, effective, engaging, and enjoyable. Although designed for the Zoom meeting, this presentation offers sounds advice for all meetings.</p>

<p>IV. THE IMPACT OF STORY TELLING IN A VIRTUAL WORLD</p>
<p>History professor Mark Sample will co-host this discussion on how to incorporate stories into the classroom, meeting room, and all aspects of life to increase impact.</p>

<p>V. REACHING YOUR POTENTIAL</p>
<p>This panel of college experts will discuss ways to improve your physical and emotional well-being. This session is especially timely with the current social and economic events.</p>
