Mindful Eating Workshop Offered by MCC Wellness Council

Mindful eating is a non-diet approach to creating healthy, sustainable eating patterns. The MCC Wellness Council is excited to welcome Marla Pelletier, Partner and Yoga Instructor at Inward Office, to the Brighton Campus to present "Mindful Eating Awareness."

This evidence-based program uses self-observation and attention training to transform habits into conscious choices. Marla will introduce the foundations of Mindful Eating while we enjoy lunch prepared and served by MCC's Hospitality students.
