The Brighton and Damon Campus Centers have designed a series of Leadership Workshops to help your students develop leadership skills.  These workshops will engage them in the principles and practices of great leadership which will increase their potential to lead in their school, work and community.  The workshops are designed to help them understand their leadership style, hone their communication skills and learn how to work effectively within groups.  Participating in these workshops will give them the competitive edge needed in the workforce today!

Dr. Ann Topping, Workshop Facilitator
The role of mentoring in developing leadership skills will be discussed as well as ways to identify mentors and finding the “right fit”. The responsibilities of the mentor and mentee will be examined and strategies to establish a meaningful and helpful mentoring relationship will be explored. The session will be interactive.

ETHICAL LEADERSHIP

It is important for leaders to speak the language of ethics and responsibility, but it is critical for leaders to walk their talk. Participants in this workshop will explore the characteristics of ethical leaders and learn how ethical behavior can create positive relationships with others.
