Please come to the Campus Events office (3-120) for a memorial poppy and show your support for veterans and their families.
For more than 90 years, the American Legion Auxiliary has distributed the memorial poppy to remind Americans that millions sacrificed their lives and health to keep our nation free. The American Legion Poppy is handmade by veterans who receive a small stipend for each poppy made. Memorial poppy contributions are devoted entirely to rehabilitation and assistance for veterans and their families.
Donations received will be held in the Chili American Legion Auxiliary Unit 1830 Treasury to be used for the needs of Monroe County Veterans.
