Two special Banner Finance Self Service training sessions for Grant/restricted fund accounts have been scheduled for Tuesday, August 10, 2004 from 8:00am - 10:00am at the Damon campus in room 5008, and Wednesday, August 11, 2004 from 8:00am - 10:00am at the Brighton campus in building 11-101.
Grant directors and staff, please try to adjust your calendars so that you can attend this important grant-specific training. Grants training will include all that is presented in the unrestricted funds training, however there are additional features that are grant-specific that are not included in the regular format. Please register for this session with Ms. Jodee Biller (jbiller@monroecc.edu).
Below are the remaining dates for Banner Finance Self Service through mid-August.
The initial training will be conducted in two hour blocks. Each individual should plan to attend one of the two-hour training sessions. This training is designed for budget unit heads (Chairs, Directors, Deans, etc.) and other staff members in the various budget units who prepare purchase requisitions, approve purchase requisitions, and who use the financial records system for budget inquiries.
To register, please email Ms. Jodee Biller (jbiller@monroecc.edu) with your first, second and third choice of operating account training dates/times that you would like to attend. Due to space limitations, each session will be on a first come-first served basis.
