ETS is hosting a webinar, sponsored by the SLOAN Consortium, entitled “Using the Quality Scorecard for the Administration of Online Education Programs" on Wednesday, April 13th from 2:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. in the Flynn Campus Center, room 3-117. A summary of this webinar appears below. If you are interested in attending, please contact Peggy VanKirk at:<mailto:pvankirk@monroecc.edu> or 292-3441.  We hope to see you there!

The Quality Scorecard for the Administration of Online Programs is a convenient, efficient tool for building and reporting on quality. In light of increasing calls for accountability, and the need for an industry standard with which institutions can measure and report on quality internally and externally, the Quality Scorecard for the Administration of Online Programs is freely available on the Sloan-C site. The quality scorecard is a rubric for measuring the quality of the administration of online programs; it was developed by Dr. Kaye Shelton in a series of Delphi surveys with seasoned online administrators from Sloan-C institutions with an average of 9 years experience.
