On September 24th, MCC students, alumni, employees and local entrepreneurs eager to start their own business and reduce the time it takes to launch it successfully are invited to attend a FREE Simple Steps™ presentation at 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, September 24th at MCC. The presentation will be held in room 8-100 on the Brighton Campus.
The presentation, co-hosted by Rochester SCORE in partnership with MCC’s Business Administration and Economics Department, will outline the scope of the program, the roster of lecturers, discussion groups, mentors and helpful materials that will be used in the program.
At the end of the presentation participants who are ready to pursue their business start-up may sign up for four additional Saturday workshops. The introductory session will be limited to 60 participants. Workshops 2 through 5 will be limited to 25 participants in order to individualize the instruction and provide adequate mentor coverage for Workshops 2 through 5 will cost $125.
