ImageNow Client Software Update

As part of the ImageNow upgrade, you will be required to install new ImageNow software on your pc. This software is being “pushed” to your PC.

You will be informed that the new software is available via a message that will appear in your system tray (bottom right corner of your screen) “Assigned Program About to Run. A required program will install in 5 minutes. Click here for further information”. When you click on the icon as instructed, you will see the ImageNow Silent Install window with a countdown. The software will automatically install in 5 minutes or you can click “RUN” to start the install immediately. Once the install begins, the window will disappear. The install will happen in the background and will not interfere with any other activity on your pc. You should not see any messages during the installation. Everyone who receives the message to install the ImageNow software should do this install, whether you actually use ImageNow or not.

When the installation is complete, you will see a new icon on your desktop for ImageNow, a large yellow sun-like icon. This icon will also appear in your system tray (something that the old ImageNow did not do).

The ImageNow upgrade is not yet complete and will not be done until sometime Monday morning, November 9. You can do this software install either before or after that time.  When you open ImageNow for the first time after the upgrade you should see the following window:

If you have any problems with this install or any problems logging in after the upgrade is complete, please contact the ETS Help Line at x4357, option 1.
