In its forthcoming special supplement on community colleges, The Chronicle of Higher Education is seeking community-college professors and instructors to write short, conversational, 250-word (approximately) pieces on the following topic: What do you do outside of the classroom -- for fun -- that you use in your teaching, and how do you use it? Responses may be edited, and those selected for publication will be compiled in a one-page feature for the October issue.
