Meditation 101 Wednesday at Noon


Did one of your New Year’s resolutions include trying to add more peace and calm to your life?

Have you always wanted to try meditation and never had “time” or knew where to start?

Have you tried to meditate but felt overwhelmed and discouraged?

Have you been practicing meditation and would like to support others?

If you answered “Yes” to any of these questions or just want to see what meditation is all about…come join us for a Meditation 101 session Wednesday, January 14 at noon in the Stabins Physical Education Complex, PAC Center (10-100). No special equipment is needed…you already have everything you will need: your breath, your mind and the intention to try something new!  We will be supporting each other in a warm and encouraging environment.
