The Monroe Community College women's basketball program, along with the MCC athletic department, will host three high school basketball games on Saturday, Jan. 16 as part of a Coaches vs. Cancer event.
The Eastridge and Honeoye Falls-Lima JV boys will take to Monagan Court at 4 p.m., followed by the varsity boys at 6 p.m. The evening will finish with a girls game between Fairport and Rush-Henrietta at 8 p.m.
Tickets for the event are $5 and can be purchased at the door. Children 12 and under get in for $2. All proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society.
Coaches vs. Cancer is a nationwide collaboration between the American Cancer Society and the National Association of Basketball Coaches that empowers basketball coaches, their teams, and local communities to make a difference in the fight against cancer.
