March is National Nutrition Month!

Health Services knows it can be challenging to develop and maintain healthy eating habits during the semester when you have so many priorities. 

Healthy eating can support with the following positive health outcomes, and many more:

  • lowers the risk of heart disease, Type 2 Diabetes, and some cancers
  • helps digestive system function
  • may help you live longer
