Stop in for an old-fashioned BBQ buffet today in Reflections!! Reflections Restaurant will have its all-you-can eat buffet from 11:30am – 1:15pm for your dining pleasure for dine-in or take-out food for only $8.98. Take-out customers will be given one large, one small, and one soup take-out container. This will be the last day that we will have our full buffet with numerous main entrees, salads, side dishes, soups, and a dessert table. Today’s BBQ Buffet will feature the following items:
Appetizers: Deviled Eggs & French Fry Franks
Soups: Guinness Chili & Buffalo Wing Soup
Salads: Great Green Salad, Coleslaw, Potato Salad, & Pasta Salad w/ Red Pepper Pesto
Sandwiches: Reuben Sandwich & Caprese Panini
Main Entrees: Best Ever Brisket, BBQ Chicken Wings, Sausage, Peppers & Onions, Meatloaf, Low & Slow Pulled Pork, and Home-style Mac and Cheese
Vegetables & Starches: Roasted Potatoes, Broccoli Cheddar Sweet Potato Skins, Creamy Fiesta Corn, Baked Beans,
Veggie Skewers, and Tomato, Cucumber & Mint Salad
Desserts: Strawberry Shortcake, Grand Marnier Brownie Kisses, Ice Cream Sandwiches, S’mores Cupcakes, and Peaches Jubilee with Ice Cream
