Professional Development Opportunity: Coaching and Counseling: Continuous Performance Management

MCC's Office of Human Resources and Organizational Development invite supervisors responsible for evaluating the performance of direct reports to join us for an upcoming professional development opportunity:

This 50-minute presentation is a companion piece to last semester’s Performance Evaluation training.  Together we will explore facets and aspects of performance management through Coaching and Counseling.  This training is open to all MCC supervisors responsible for evaluating the performance of direct reports.

This training supports Vision2027, Direction Five: Institutional Effectiveness, Efficiency, and Sustainability.  MCC provides effective programs and services through the efficient and sustainable use of resources.  The College invests in its students, faculty and staff, facilities, and technology to provide an inclusive culture and relevant education.
