GEVA Event

The 6th Act, a college-wide, co-curricular initiative, is once again offering an outing to GEVA Theater. This year we will be attending Freud's Last Session on Thursday October 25 7:30 p.m. The description follows:

"Just weeks before his death, legendary psychoanalyst Sigmund Freud invites young writer C. S. Lewis to his London study. On the eve of England’s entry into World War II, the two brilliant men have a battle of the minds over God, love, sex, music, and the meaning of life. This deeply touching, intellectually thrilling play laced with humor and insight was last season’s off-Broadway smash."

This event includes a “talk back” after the show, with either the director and/or members of the cast and is hosted by MCC faculty. We’ve also prepared curriculum/information packets; please contact Angelique Stevens at
astevens@monroecc.edu and she will forward you an electronic copy.

Tickets are $27. If you are interested in attending, please contact Ann Tippett at
atippett@monroecc.edu or 292-3256 no later than Monday, October 15, 5 p.m. with your request and payment.  Tickets will be delivered to you about a week before the performance.  Please know that these tickets are usually located close to the stage in the far right and left rows on the first floor.  If you need to pay by check, it can be made out to Ann Tippett.

We look forward to sharing a night out at the theater.
