In conjunction with Mental Health Awareness month, the Wellness Team will be offering a campus meditation walk on Wednesday, May 14th at noon. We will mindfully walk through campus and end in a Tai Chi walking exercise led by our very own Wayne Uter from the ESOL/ Transitional Studies and Mathematics Departments.
Start location: Meet at the poetry garden outside in the quad of Buildings 4, 6 and 12, and we will walk to the Memorial Garden by the pond. Rain Location: PAC Center Indoor Field/Track
