1095-C Tax Forms

Under the Affordable Care Act, the College is required to provide Form 1095-C to employees that were full-time and benefit eligible during the 2021 calendar year.  This form includes information regarding the health insurance coverage offered by the employer and whether or not the employee enrolled in that coverage.
