R. Thomas & Kate Flynn Scholarship Fund Update

The R. Thomas & Kate Flynn Scholarship fund recognizes a graduating male and female Monroe Community College student who has excelled both in and out of the classroom, making a significant contribution to the education and co-curricular environment at MCC. The student must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and be graduating from MCC. A scholarship of $1,000 will be awarded to one female and one male at the Annual Student Engagement Awards Ceremony, Friday May 17, 2019.

We are accepting nominations through April 12, 2019. Faculty, staff, and students are encouraged to nominate students who would be worthy of this recognition. We are grateful to Mr. and Mrs. Flynn for funding this scholarship.

If you would like to nominate a student for the R. Thomas & Kate Flynn Scholarship, complete the attached nomination form and submit it to the Brighton Campus Office of Student Life & Leadership Development (3-126) or the Downtown Campus Office of Student Life (2nd Floor, Room 218) no later than April 12, 2019. Nominations must be typed.
