Thank you to all who made the MCC Foundation’s Gold Star Gala presented by M&T Bank such a wonderful success! The event raised $369,000 (net) on behalf of MCC students!
Special thanks go to Honorary Chairs Lisa and Jack Baron and Pam ‘79 and Arunas Chesonis, as well as Committee Chairs Jennifer and Kevin ‘88 Stickles, for their leadership of this record-breaking event.
This event was truly a team effort, including:
- Doug Ford and his team building the gangway for guests to board the Annabelle Lee and transforming The Country Club of Rochester into a bayou paradise,
- Jeremy Case creating an moving scholarship video to inspire the Scholarship Call,
- John Nyerges arranging for talented students musicians to entertain our guests,
- The print shop deftly meeting the Gala’s many printing needs,
- Outstanding volunteers, including Linda Hall, who kept the event running smoothly,
- The Foundation staff, who continue to raise the caliber of our events,
- And, the many faculty and staff who attended in support of our students.
We thank you all for making the Gala a truly special night for MCC.
