On September 23 Marilyn Rosche, AmeriCorps program director, presented a workshop on host site selection and member placement to 90 AmeriCorps staff from across New York State. Rosche was selected by the NYS Office of National and Community Service to present the session because Rochester AmeriCorps, based at the Damon City Campus, is considered a model in the selected area of focus. During the three-day training in Saratoga Springs, the program’s latest progress report was also distributed to the group as an illustration of exemplary reporting.
