Dr. Jeffrey Bartkovich, VP, ETS, and Marie Fetzner, Assistant to the VP, ETS and Banner Project Manager, presented a session on May 18, 2004 at the League for Innovation's Learning College Conference. The session entitled, Putting an Online Student Retention Theory into Practice, summarized MCC's three-year student retention research within the
framework of the Learning College concept.
