Effective with the 2005-2006 Budget, all operating, OSP, and grant budgets will have a default program code of "MC". The College will no longer use a two digit numeric program code.
Since Banner Finance was implemented, we have encouraged you to utilize the "index" feature when in Self Service. The index automatically populated the "program code" with a numerical value, as noted above, that code will indicate "MC" for FY 2005-2006.
If you use your index to query the 2004-2005 budget year, the "MC" will populate. Since the "MC" was not the default program code tied to your index for the 2004-2005 budget year, you will need to simply delete that field ("MC") before the query, to bring up all the 2004-2005 information.
You will not need to remember your program code for your 2004-2005 budget.
