AAWCC Book Drive November 25th through December 6th
The American Association for Women in Community Colleges (AAWCC) Service Committee is excited to announce our 9th annual book drive. AAWCC is committed to aiding our community and fostering educational initiatives for women and children. This year, we will be supporting the Pre-K through 6th grade classrooms at RCSD No. 25 Nathaniel Hawthorne School.
Please consider donating new or gently used books to help build their library and add resources to the classrooms. Picture books, early readers, and chapter books are suitable. In addition, the school librarian would like to create an “easy reader” section in the library for new readers who are ready to move up a level. “Step into Reading” books, in particular Levels 2 and 3, are requested.
