Cabbages and Kings: CCHA recognizes MCC Student Creative Writers and Cabbages and Kings

The national Community College Humanities Association (CCHA) has, in its 2017 Literary Magazine Competition, awarded MCC students Julia Palozzi second-place, Eastern Region, for her poem "I Hope We Die," and Jeana Danae Clocksin third-place, Eastern Region, for her creative non-fiction piece, "The Weight of Memory." Both winning piece's appeared in Cabbages and Kings' Literary and Visual Arts Magazine, 2017 Issue.

This level of recognition is a testament to the great creative writers, editors, and fine literary and visual arts magazine that MCC is known for producing. Congratulations!
