Final Food For Thought Menu! Only 3 Weeks Left to Dine with Us!


Check out our final FFT menu below!!  This menu includes French onion soup, chicken French, Cobb salad, tuna melt, and two choices of crustless quiche.  All food is prepared, cooked, and served daily by students in the hospitality management program. We specialize in house-made, local food.   Food For Thought is MCC’s instructional laboratory operating Monday - Thursday from 11:30 a.m. - 1:15 p.m., located in the R. Thomas Flynn Campus Center (3- 146).  Feel free to call for reservations or to place a take-out order @ 292-FOOD (x3663).   The faculty, staff, and students thank you for your patronage.

Cup $2.49    Crock $3.49 - From Scratch Soups: Baked French Onion and Vegetarian Lentil

$5.49 - ½ Sandwich (Grilled Cheese, Tuna Melt, or Turkey BLT) and Cup of Soup or Fries                  

$5.99 - House-made Chicken Fingers   Add Fries for $1.99                                        

$5.99 - Freshly Ground Memphis Burger w/cheddar cheese, coleslaw, and BBQ sauce 

$5.69 - Lentil and Quinoa Veggie Burger (contains cashews)                                    

$5.49 – Tuna Melt Sandwich with cheddar cheese on house-made focaccia bread focaccia       

$5.99 – Choice of Crustless Quiche with Fresh Fruit (White Cheddar Cheese, Spinach, Mushrooms & Red Peppers or Swiss Cheese & Ham

$5.99 - Cobb Salad -  Grilled chicken breast, hard-boiled egg, bleu cheese chopped tomato & avocado on a bed of house greens

$5.49 - Brick-oven Buffalo Chicken Pizza – House-made bleu cheese sauce, Buffalo chicken and mozzarella cheese

$5.49 - Brick-oven Pepperoni Pizza - House-made red sauce, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese

$6.99 - Chicken French  – Egg-battered chicken breast with lemon sherry sauce served over sautéed escarole                                                                                               

$5.99 - Turkey BLT Panini - Roasted turkey BLT w/roasted garlic aioli on grilled focaccia
