Fitness Your Way Program- Registration Fee Waived If You Enroll By December 29th!

December is a perfect time to enroll in the Fitness Your Way program and access 9,500+ gyms nationwide for $25 per month!

If you register by December 29, 2017, the cost is $25 per month and the $25 enrollment fee is waived! Starting January 1, 2018 the monthly fee will increase to $29. If you register now, your monthly fee stays at $25.

To enroll please go directly to www.Blue365deals.com and search for Fitness Your Way or call 888-242-2060. You will need your Excellus member card to create an account for Blue365 if you do not already have one to enroll. You will be able to search participating gyms by zip code to determine what is available in your area.

To be eligible for Fitness Your Way:
You must be enrolled in an Excellus BCBS health plan.
You must be 18 or older to enroll in the program.
There is a 3-month minimum commitment.
You must continuously pay your monthly fee to keep the $25 fee. If you cancel your membership and re-join at a later date, you will pay $29 per month.
