TCC: October's Adjunct Supper for Success: Creating a Culture of Respect

Creating and maintaining an environment where individuals feel safe and respected is a collective responsibility that we share as members of this community. During this session, we will discuss how you can promote respect and fairness through your own words and actions, how you can be an active bystander and strategies you can use to speak up or intervene if you witness a student or employee engaging in behavior that is inappropriate or disrespectful.

The Teaching and Creativity Center is pleased to invite you to the 2019-20 Suppers for Success. This fall, we have chosen topics around the theme of inclusion. These workshops are held on the Brighton Campus three times per semester from 5 - 6:30 pm. Following dinner, MCC faculty and staff lead informative workshops. Presenters anticipate that some participants may need to arrive late or leave early. Events are free.
