"Spring" Buffet in Reflections Restaurant today!


Our menu in Reflections Restaurant for today, Tuesday, May 10th, will feature a full buffet with several delicious main entrees, salads, side dishes, soups and desserts including:

An Omelet station with diced Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms, Sausage, Ham or Bacon and Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Baked Turkey Breast and Baked Ham with Fresh Baked Rolls and Butter, Miniature assorted quiche, Fried Beef Empanadas and Vegetable triangles, Red Gazpacho, Traditional Italian Wedding Soup, Monte Cristo with Maple Syrup, Mediterranean Vegetable on fresh baked Focaccia bread, Spinach with Boiled Eggs and Bacon Vinaigrette, Greek Pasta Salad, Ambrosia Salad, Breakfast Casserole, Scrambled eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Three Cheese Baked Ziti, Garlic Chicken, Roasted Brussels sprouts, Roasted Red Potatoes with Asparagus, Seafood Newburg, Chocolate Espresso Cheesecake, Lemon bars, Magic bars, Cinnamon Rolls, Cherry Danish, and Chocolate Cupcakes

Reflections Restaurant is open this week through Thursday, May 12th for your dining pleasure.  On our final days of operation, we will be having buffets where you can dine-in or take-out food for only $8.98.  Take-out customers will be given one large, one small, and one soup take-out container.   Each day we will have a full buffet with numerous main entrees, salads, side dishes, soups, and a dessert table.   Check out the Daily Tribune each day this week to get the entire list of culinary delights.   Below is a brief list of items that will be at the other buffets.    

Wednesday, May 11th will have a “Picnic” theme and will feature cheeseburger sliders, sweet potatoes, mini pizza, antipasti salad, Caesar salad, fruit salad, cheddar broccoli soup, macaroni  and cheese, roast beef Panini, lasagna rolls, chicken wings, pulled pork, chocolate mousse, and a variety of other desserts. **

Thursday, May 12th will have a “Build-a- Buffet” theme and will feature a taco bar, garbage plates, apple raisin salad, garden salad, New England clam chowder, and vegetarian tomato basil soup, as well as cannolis, apple pie, and a variety of other desserts. **

 These buffets will be very popular, so I suggest that if you want to sit-down in the restaurant, you make reservations by calling X2581.  

For your information, our last day of operation for the semester will be Thursday, May 12th.  Thank you for your support of Reflections Restaurant and the Hospitality Management students.  We hope you all have a wonderful summer!
