An updated version of your Spring, 2010, class roster for those courses that start January 25th has been sent to your MCC e-mail address. This includes full semester as well as varied length. If you do not receive your roster(s), check with your Department secretary to make sure you have an active e-mail address. This is the only way you can receive your rosters for the Spring semester. You can print them at your convenience and use them to collect attendance information for the course.
As you know, you can also view your class rosters in Banner self-service. These are the most up-to-date rosters. The e-mailed version of your roster can be out-of-date even before you print it, as students are constantly changing their schedules. You should always look to the online roster for the most accurate listing.
Rosters for full semester courses will be mailed to you on the following dates:
February 1st After the add/ wait list period has ended
February 22nd After the drop period has ended
March 22nd
April 15th
May 3rd After the withdrawal period ends
Updated class rosters for varied length and late start courses will follow the same distribution schedule based on the classes’ start dates.
