Dr. Kimberly McKinsey-Mabry Appointed Dean of the Schools of Business and Community Engagement

I am very pleased to announce that Dr. Kimberly McKinsey-Mabry’s appointment as Dean of the School of Business, Hospitality, and Entrepreneurism and the School of Community Engagement and Development was approved by the MCC Board of Trustees on August 8, 2016.

Previously Kimberly worked as an Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions at RIT and as a Contract Manager at Eagle Productivity Solutions. Since coming to MCC in 2001, she has served as the Assistant to the Provost and Vice President, Academic Services and, most recently, as the Interim Dean of Academic Services at the Damon City Campus, a position she held for three years.

Kimberly is deeply connected to our community, serving on multiple boards including the Rochester Education Foundation, Jefferson Avenue Childhood Development Center, and Rochester AmeriCorps, among others.

Because of her passion for serving students, her leadership and vision in administrative oversight, and her community collaborations, Kimberly is in an ideal position to lead these two schools in our new MCC Schools Model.
