Currently, the MCC Leadership Academy has two cohorts moving through a two-year program. Cohort I will be completing the program in May of this year. Cohort II will begin its second year in the fall and finish in May 2010.
There are many important initiatives going on at the College at this time such as the Presidential Search, planning for Renaissance Square, etc. Therefore, the College has come to a decision to hold off starting a new cohort until the summer of 2010. This hiatus supports MCC’s “culture of assessment,” allowing time to reflect on and evaluate the program as we move forward.
