Welcoming a New Colleague to Dual Enrollment

Kim DeLardge has accepted a temporary assignment as a Director II for the Dual Enrollment program for the next year.  She will be assigned full-time in the DE office, partnering with Shawanda Evans, Director of Pre-Collegiate Partnerships (PCP), PCP staff member, Annie Vershay, and division MA, Lisa Curatalo, in visioning improvements and expansion of the DE program with a focus on equity and access among students of color in the program.   Kim is bringing years of experience in many aspects of Students Services, including Enrollment Management, and will continue her work supporting initiatives to support RCSD student success at MCC.
