The MCC musical THE SPITFIRE GRILL had a wonderful run this weekend with large audiences. The musical was entered into The Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival and was given a strong recommendation for the Kennedy Center Region 2 Festival. In fact, the Kennedy Center Adjudicator called the Festival President five minutes after the show and stated this show was so good and strong that other universities and colleges needed to see it at the festival. Final selection for the festival will be announced later this week. That was really nice praise for our students, staff and faculty who staged the show.
