Sponsors, the Honorary Committee and the college community made the recent Homecoming event honoring Dr. Jeff Bartkovich a huge success! Over 100 of Vice President Dr. Jeffrey P. Bartkovich's current and former colleagues turned out at the annual Alumni Week and Homecoming Luncheon and Golf Classic on August 13 to honor Jeff's 24-year career at MCC.
Numerous retired faculty attended, a testament to the impact Jeff has had on MCC and the high regard the college community has for him. With the leadership of the Honorary Committee and the generous contributions of event sponsor Pivcon, tee sponsors, and guests, $10,000 was raised and will be contributed to the Educational Technology Services Endowed Scholarship Fund which Jeff was instrumental in creating nearly 15 years ago. Special thanks to all those who joined Jeff that day and those who made a gift in Jeff’s honor for helping us exceed our goal and ensuring that the day was an overwhelming success!
