Kicking It With Kevin

Today is Tuesday! Today I am supposed to be walking the Wellness Council's second floor route. If the weather is nice I will be outside. However, I may have a conflict with the 11:00 walk. If I can make it, I will. If I can't make it, please do not let that stop you from taking a walk. I expect to be walking at 3:00 as well.

Come on out and get in better shape while representing MCC to the community at large. I have committed to walking the Heart Walk with the Wellness Council’s team on June 9th. You do not have to make the same commitment to walk with me.
