The Octel Voice Messaging System will be taken off-line today, Wednesday, November 15th at 5pm, for system maintenance. The shutdown is anticipated to last approximately 1 hour. During this time you will be unable to access your voice mailbox or leave voice messages in another mailbox. You will not lose your greeting or any messages already stored. This shutdown is necessary to resolve recent problems users have been experiencing with voice mail.
Voicemail for Cisco phone users will not be impacted.
