EWLW Winner for Week 3

We have made it through Week Three of the 2014 Eat Well, Live Well Challenge.  So far, the average fruit and vegetable consumption was 4.19 cups per day for all reporting, and the average number of steps per day was 9,352.  559 half-plates have been eaten, and blood pressure stats have been entered 384 times.  We have walked a total of 15,787 miles, which means we are only 65 miles short of having walked twice around the earth’s equator.  At least it’s not snowing there!

Our top five high steppers are Sean Scanlon at 23,335, Suzanne Long at 22,228, Mike Britton at 20,470, Tom Pollizi at 19,670, and Jim Coon at 18,906.

Our top five teams for average fruit and vegetable consumption are Psychology at 6.38, Damon City Campus at 5.11, Placement Pacers at 4.86, For the Record at 4.76, and The Librarians at 4.54.

Good job to all with both categories!

Week Three’s winner of the $10 Sodexo Gift Certificate is Lori Judd from the Math Team.  Congratulations Lori!

Keep up the good work!  Now that we’re all getting in good shape, we hope to see many of you sign up to walk with MCC’s team at the Heartwalk on April 12 at the Blue Cross Arena.  It’s easy to sign up – just go to the link on the Fit & Friendly channel on the employee tab at myMCC.
