Food For Thought is an instructional culinary laboratory operating Monday - Thursday from 11:30 a.m. - 1:15 p.m. All food is prepared, cooked, and served daily by students in the Hospitality Management program. We specialize in house-made, local food. We bake our own breads, grind our own meat, make our own soups from scratch, and use fresh chicken breast for our chicken tenders and chicken entrees.
