Mysteries! Fantasies! Adventures! More than three dozen writers, illustrators and storytellers from upstate New York will present writing workshops, read picture books, sign autographs and share their publishing experiences at the eighth annual Rochester Children's Book Festival. “Take the High Road to Reading,” a free family event, will be held Saturday, Nov. 13, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. in the Warshof Conference Center, R. Thomas Flynn Campus Center.
