"Be Our Guest: Perfecting the Art of Customer Service" MCC Book Groups Start Next Week

Three "Be Our Guest:  Perfecting the Art of Customer Service" book groups for Monroe Community College start next week. This book has been put together by the Disney Institute with Theodore Kinni.  This a book group open to all MCC faculty and staff.  There are seven books left that have been donated by Human Resources.

Please email Julie Slate in the Admissions Office at <mailto:jslate@monroecc.edu>  if you would like to be a part of a book group.  When you email, let her know if you need a book and what series of days work best for you (listed below) by the end of the day on Monday, June 13th.  Those who already have books and have been assigned to a particular time and date next week do not need to email.  Here are the book group timeframes (you can choose just one of these series and we will put our information together at the end for how we suggest to utilize the information at MCC, we will have two chapters that we go through for each meeting as there are a total of six chapters to the book):

-Tuesday, June 14th from 1pm-2pm led by Amy Greer from Student Rights and Responsibilities (additional meetings will occur every other week on the same day of the week and timeframe with a total of three meetings total)

-Wednesday, June 15th from 9am-10am led by Julie Slate from Admissions (additional meetings will occur every other week on the same day of the week and timeframe with a total of three meetings total)

-Thursday, June 16th from 12pm-1pm led by Kristen Love from Student Services (additional meetings will occur every other week on the same day of the week and timeframe with a total of three meetings total)

To quote the book: "Always remember, the magic begins with you."

We look forward to starting up some great discussion! Thank you in advance for your participation and/or suggestions.
