Walking Meditation


Save the date!

Join us to learn the benefits of walking meditation and help celebrate the end of a successful semester with a peaceful and powerful exercise on Wednesday, May 14th at noon. We will walk through campus and end in a Tai Chi walking exercise led by our very own Wayne Uter from the ESOL/ Transitional Studies and Mathematics Departments.

Start location: Meet at the poetry garden outside in the quad of Buildings 4, 6 and 12, and we will walk to the Memorial Garden by the pond.  Rain Location: PAC Center Indoor Field/Track
