Rochester Women’s Network professional women’s conference, The Summit: Leadership as a Lifestyle, will be held Monday, Nov. 8 at the Rochester Plaza. The half day conference will feature round table discussions and addresses by MCC President Anne M. Kress and Arlette Miller Smith, associate professor of English at St. John Fisher College.
Round table topics include: The Power of a Mentor, Understanding Your Leadership Style, Balancing the Leader in You, Communicating for Results and Transitional Leadership.
