The Native American Cultural Society invites you to a presentation entitled:
“THANKSGIVING….FROM A NATIVE AMERICAN PERSPECTIVE”
With guest speaker Perry Ground a turtle clan member of the Onondaga nation of the Haudenosaunee (Iroquois) confederacy.
Come listen to storyteller Perry Ground talk about the history and myths surrounding thanksgiving. Perry, a storyteller for almost 20 years, will share stories on how Native Americans experience Thanksgiving and will also talk about the Haudensaunee’s Thanksgiving Address.
