MCC 50th Anniversary Cookbook Recipes Featured in the Brighton Room


On January 31 Sodexo began featuring recipes published in the MCC 50th Anniversary Cookbook in the Brighton Room.  Each week from now until the end of March a recipe will be featured one day during each week.  Below is the schedule for the featured recipes.  There will also be a table set up in front of the Brighton Room on those dates with cookbooks available for sale.

Wednesday, February 29: “Shepards Pie” submitted by:  Michael McDonough
Thursday, March 8: “Chicken Marsala” submitted by:  Kristen Fragnoli
Monday, March 12: “Sloppy Joe’s II submitted by:  Margie Schill
Tuesday, March 20: “Stuffed Pepper Soup” submitted by:  Larry Lacy
Wednesday, March 28: “Hot Chicken Chili” submitted by:  Janet Ekis
