"Build-a-Plate" Buffet in Reflections today!!


Tuesday, May 11th, Reflections Restaurant will have a “Build-a-Plate Buffet” theme that will feature Chicken French, Roast Beef, Mac & Cheese, Spinach Artichoke Dip, Dates  Wrapped in Bacon, Vegetable Kabobs, Shrimp Caesar Salad, Sweet Potatoes, Butternut Squash Soup, and Potato & Broccoli Soup, as well as Cheesecake Bites, Vanilla Crepes, and a Variety of Other  Desserts. **

Reflections Restaurant is open this week through Thursday, May 13th for your dining pleasure.  On our final days of operation, we will be having buffets where you can dine-in or take-out food for only $8.98.  Take-out customers will be given one large, one small, and one soup take-out container.   Each day we will have a full buffet with numerous main entrees, salads, side dishes, soups, and a dessert table.  

Wednesday, May 12th will have a "BBQ" theme and will feature a Carving Station with Smoked Turkey, Pulled Pork, BBQ Chicken, Grilled Italian Vegetables, Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Baked Beans, Spicy Gazpacho Soup, and Chilled Cucumber Soup, as well as Carrot Cake, Triple Chocolate Pecan Pie, and a Variety of Other Desserts. **

Thursday, May 13th will have a “Southern” theme and will feature Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Glazed Ham, Mac & Cheese, Crab Cakes, Potato Salad, Dirty Rice, Cuban Sandwiches, Corn Bread, Sausage & Chicken Gumbo, and Corn Chowder, as well as Banana Split Cake, Peach Cobbler, and a Variety of Other Desserts. **

These buffets will be very popular, so I suggest that if you want to sit-down in the restaurant, you make reservations by calling X2581.  

For your information, our last day of operation for the semester will be Thursday, May 13th.  Thank you for your support of Reflections Restaurant and the Hospitality Management students.  We hope you all have a wonderful summer!!!
