We would like to thank everyone who attended the ETS November 8th brownbag; your comments and suggestions were appreciated and noted.
During the Brown Bag, we discussed several exciting projects and listened to some issues regarding smart classroom computer images. Over the past several days, we have been working to resolve these issues and are pleased to say that we have corrected the problems that we felt were causing the majority of the frustrations (e.g. video playback, USB issues, delayed logons). We have tested the image in a variety of classrooms and have received positive feedback from faculty. As a result of the feedback, we will be performing maintenance on the classroom image during the Thanksgiving break. This maintenance will be college-wide and should improve the performance of the smart classroom computers. If you continue to have issues, please call the ETS Help Desk at 4357.
