Join more than three dozen writers, illustrators, and storytellers from upstate New York as they and others read picture books in the Read-to-Me Corner, give writing workshops for all age groups, and demonstrate sketching a storyboard. Authors and illustrators will be happy to answer questions, share their experiences in the publishing world, and autograph books for those special children in your lives. With some 200 titles available, book lovers and holiday shoppers will have much to choose from at the Festival--from picture books for tots to young adult novels for teens, and lots of chapter books, mid-grade fiction, and non-fiction for in-betweens. Featured award winning authors and illustrators may include: Linda Sue Park, Vivian Vande Velde, Ellen Stoll Walsh, Robin Pulver, Mary Jane Auch, and Carol Johmann.
