Happy New Year, and a big THANK YOU to all of you who have completed 2018-19 Cybersecurity Awareness Training!

The final online cybersecurity awareness training status for fall semester is 92.5% as of January 4, which is outstanding.

For those of you who have not yet completed the training, your Network ID passwords will be set to expire every seven days starting Monday January 7. Unless the password was reset fewer than seven days prior, you will be required to reset your password. If you need help you will need to call Technology Support at 292-8324 between the hours of 8:00am and 4:45pm Monday- Friday.

After your account password has been reset, you will be required to change your password on a weekly basis until you have completed cybersecurity training. When you have completed your training, email your "Certificate of Completion" to HELPDESK@monroecc.edu. Once Technology Support receives your email they will reinstate your password reset to MCC's standard policy.
