On Wednesday March 8, 12:00 - 12:50 pm in 8-100, the Teaching & Creativity Center will be presenting a panel discussion on the topic "The Gray Areas of Accommodation". Prior to this event, we'd like to hear from faculty about what you consider to be the "gray" areas. What accommodations have you been asked to make for students that have raised questions? This may include but is not limited to audio-taping of lectures, extra time on exams and use of native language dictionaries by ESOL students, or requests from students for different kinds of assessments than those planned for the class.
