Avalone Elected to Board of Directors of Cornell Cooperative Extension-Monroe County
Valarie Avalone, director, Institutional Planning, Effectiveness and Accountability, was elected to a three-year term on the Board of Directors of the Cornell Cooperative Extension-Monroe County (CCE-MC). Her official term will begin in January, 2019. The board is responsible for providing leadership in determining association policy, program scope, and allocation of resources.
CCE-MC provides research-based information and educational programming to ensure the vitality of agriculture, strengthen families, promote health and well-being, responsibly improve home and community landscapes, and enhance our natural environment.
